Date: 23 August 2000
Location: SW corner of 49th Avenue and 49th Street, adjacent to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #8.
Description: The monument is engraved with a ship, tank and aircraft representing the Navy, Army and Air Force.
Construction: Vertical brown granite monument 38 inches wide by 80 inches high and 8 inches deep, mounted on a base of gray granite measuring 50 inches wide by 9 inches high by 20 inches deep.

Comments: This monument stands beside the sidewalk
and extends into the Royal Canadian Legion parking lot. There is a light
in the sidewalk which shines up onto the monument which is a very nice feature.
